    • There is no Second... Plantronics or Bust!
Plantronics is the best and there is no 2nd place in my opinion! I started with Plantronics when the FIrst Bluetooth and the First Droid Bionic came out several decades ago... I will never use another brand! Sound is good, easy to bind, and appears to have good overall quality... Well worth the money, but you may pay more, but you will get a LOT BETTER PRODUCT! Functions great, never and issue, and they seem to be heavy duty... I have worn them out... But it takes 2 to 3 years to do it. I would highly recommend these over any brand... Especially if you have a Motorola Phone! (Motorola and Plantronics Teamed up to invent the Bluetooth Technology... ... show more

This is not the Plantronics Voyager of the past, the functionality stinks. The AI noise canceling is so good you can't hear the party on the line. I have been a loyal customer of Plantronics for over 20+ years, I purchased several Plantronics over-the-ear headsets. I could wear the older devices all day; actually, I forgot I had one on. Not anymore, I can't wear the new device all day, it is uncomfortable and does not sit in my ear well. Additionally, there are connectivity issues (i.e., can't hear caller through headset, or device shuts off halfway through the call/conversation). At first, I thought it was my phone, so I tried with my old phone, I connected to 3 other phones in the family, and we all had the same issue. Battery life is not what they say and there is no caller ID. What the what? The value is not great, if it only works sometimes half-price is too much. We purchased the Legend 50 and had the exact same experience. The quality has suffered. ... show more
