The seller was great in honoring the original promised delivery window (as it changed after the order processed). They are easy to put together. They are thin metal, but I think they look great. Nobody who has seen them thought they were metal. I use them for my hobby stuff- like all my hiking and snowboarding gear. They’re a true white with brass handles. I really like these Polup wardrobe cabinets! Fortunately, I caught them on sale so I got a great price! Some of the wooden cabinets I was looking at were double the amount and no where near as nice looking. They were relatively easy to put together, and probably took me about an hour(using an electric screwdriver)but I'm sure it would go quicker with another person helping. The manual was easy to follow, and all items were clearly labeled and individually packaged. I love the look of them and the few people that have seen them in person are so surprised that they are metal! They are quite sturdy and I'm looking forward to filling them up! Reason for the 4 stars is I did have an issue with one of the doors. Customer service was able to resolve within 2 weeks which was satisfactory to me.
