The media could not be loaded. 2024 calendar is so stupid cute! Quality hasn’t changed and is still great. 2022 and 2023 calendars were almost identical, the designers didn’t do much change to design except some color changes and a few toys that were different between the years, etc. 2024 Calendar is exciting because the house design is finally different & most of the surprises have changed! The house has way more cuteness with some nutcracker soldiers and a Christmas tree, all pinned as accents between the walls. No chimney on this house design, though. I like setting up the house and getting to use it during the entire month, so I separate the Calendar package to put the house together and then tape the cardboard to the back, so I can’t see all the toys. I really liked that this advent calendar could be opened up and used as a doll house with all the parts you unboxed throughout the month. Well - we made it to Christmas Eve, popped the last day, and opened it all up to get to the doll house and the shelves are messed up lol. Where you’re supposed to have two shelves with hearts on the end for top and bottom, and one shelf with bows for the middle, we got all three heart shelves so the middle of the house doesn’t have a shelf that fits. It kind of messes it up because now there are “unusable rooms” within the little mall. But my daughter seems happy with it regardless.. I wish I could just get the one little shelf I needed to complete the house but oh well! For the price it was a lot of fun for her throughout December. ... show more

Item is sturdy. The doors are durable and the items are behind the doors as they should be. Items are nice and fun. Lots of surprises. We love that the package is actually hard plastic (except for the front part with the doors). After completed, there is packages in back of box which are the slide in floors and some other items.
