after years of making my way through the world of mediocre detailing accessories, these Milwaukee 7-inch buffer pads have become my new ride-or-die for shining up everything from beaters to Bentleys. Functionality-wise, these pads mean business. They attach to my Milwaukee buffer like they were born to be together which, honestly, they probably were, considering the “official” stamp. The difference in quality compared to random pads I’ve picked up over the years is like swapping instant coffee for a legit espresso. They glide across paint, keep their structure, and make compound application feel almost too easy. You can tell the Milwaukee team didn’t just slap their name on any old foam. As a professional detailer, I’ve pretty much tried every pad you can imagine, and at this point, I could probably teach a college course on which ones fall apart after one wash. These, though? They hold up after multiple cars and washes, and they don’t shed like my golden retriever in spring. I’ve easily blown $500 (don’t judge) on random, supposedly “premium” pads that ended up in the trash after a couple of details. The Milwaukee pads, on the other hand, are the only ones that have actually survived my heavy-handed weekends. The only thing I’ll gripe about is that these should come with the buffer in the first place. Seriously, Milwaukee, quit making us hunt them down like lost treasure. But once you get your hands on them, the shine you’ll pull out of your paint is worth every penny. Your clients will think you performed some kind of magic. Fits perfectly for the M18 Polisher. Just wish they weren’t so expensive but overall they are made well and better then the off name brands

Love the machine ... pretty easy to use. People think my vehicle is newer than it is! The only negative was buying the pads ... took me a few trips to stores and views online to get the right ones.

    • Firmest polishing pad I've used in 25 years of Autobody
The wool and grey pad are great, however the yellow polishing pad is so dense it can't be used for anything but the flattest surfaces. My backer plate has a little wobble to it, too, but that's probably an isolated case. Still worth a mention as it makes using the foam pads very bouncy.
