Product itself was good. I bought it as a surprise for her for being a great help with her baby brother and being a kid during all this covid stuff and unfortunately ended up being to short for her :-( trying to return and company beside not sounding professional through email is fretting over $25 shipping cost to send it back to them . A company who sells and makes who knows how much money off customers is fretting over $25 are you kidding me?
