This net is high quality and a great price! t's both lightweight and very durable. I've been fishing with it and it can easily handle trout, bluegill, bass, and even carp. The finish on the wood makes it smooth and comfortable. It also came with different straps and attachments so that you can strap it to anything that you would like. There is also a wrist band so that you can't lose the net when you're bending over to scoop the fish. I'm very happy I got this net and it will serve me for many years of fishing to come! I just learned how to fly fish this last weekend. Well still learning the true technique, ha. As I put together a new fly fishing set-up I wanted a net I could take with me. The PLUSINNO Fly Fishing Net, for the price cant be beat! Its finish is beautiful, layered wood with a nice glossy finish and built strong. It will work great for strapping to the backpack or even out on the boat for the bigger fish. I love getting new fishing gear...feel like being a kid in the toy store. Received this net last week and used it this weekend. It's lightweight and sturdy, the rubber mesh is good quality, and the magnet release works well. My big issue is the size of the holes in the bottom of the net. Small wild trout fall right through the holes, creating all kinds of issues with flies getting tangled and fish flopping about. Impossible to get a picture of the smaller fish because they kept falling through the bottom. I wish I had bought a different net because I like to fish backcountry California streams with wild fish that run on the smaller size. It will be fine for my Montana trip next week, but I am going to have to buy a different net for closer to home. ... show more
