This product is really good. I have teeth that are damaged due to a b12 defficiency and so my teeth are VERY sensative. I can only brush my teeth with 1 specific tooth paste, using any other causes pain in all of my teeth that lasts for atleast a half hour. I have been wanting to whiten my teeth but the high priced whitening systems that are available 1 would absolutely have made my teeth hurt like crazy. I tried crest white stripes in the past, and after 1 use I had so much sensitivity it took my months before I could drink anything cold. It could be cool but ONLY if I had a straw. So I was very nervous about trying this product. I am SO happy to report that after several uses and not having a sensitivity issue I finally worked my way up to using the cream for 20 minutes every day for a week. My teeth whitened three full shades. I am no longer insecure about my smile and I am able to drink cold drinks still. I feel fortunate and greatful of this product. Now if you are looking to use a product that will whiten your teeth quickly that doesn't require several days of continues use, then you could certainly purchase a product with a higher concentration of whitening. However if your teeth aren't in great shape and you find drinking or eating certain foods cause your teeth to ache I would highly recommend using this product. Just be careful how much of the product you use. Keep it off your gums,.and be mindful that anything that offers teeth whitening should be kept away from the gums. I now have a nice white smile that I can feel proud of. I purchased a set of 2 mouth guards here off amazon that allowed me to have custom fitting mouth pieces for the use of this product. They make using this product much easier and they are very inexpensive and it's very similar to the ones you can get from your dentist for over $150. If you want whiter teeth but you are scared of whitening creams because your teeth are sensative this product is the best. I also recommend using it with your tooth paste for the first few uses just to see if it bothers your teeth at all. Then you can begin using the trays but I would use them for 5 mins, and gradually progress as long as you aren't having any sensitivity issues.

I’ve used this for just over twenty years, and nothing beats it! I started using this off and in through the years back when I was in high school. I use it in combination with a pre-brush whitening mouthwash. I use this gel a few times the first week and then every once in a while as needed. I just apply it with my finger and wait five minutes before brushing it off with my toothbrush. I’m glad it’s still in the market- definitely my go-to for teeth whitening!

I've ordered this product a few times because I can't find it in the stores any longer. However, the last two times I have received tubes of liquid instead of gel. Liquid does not stay in the tray to put in your mouth. I didn't return it the first time because I thought it may have just been a bad batch (order two at a time). This recent order is now the second time it's been unusable. All I had to do is shake the tube to realize it is once again tubes of liquid. So, I will be returning it for a refund.

I've been using this product for years and it works very well. For some reason the retail drug store I purchased it from stopped selling it and I started buying through Amazon. There have been issues with it getting to hot or cold in storage/shipping which affects the gel turning it into a liquid, which then becomes useless. If you shake it before opening and you can tell it's no longer a gel.... shake it up and soak it in some warm water and it should return to a gel. If you open it in a watery condition and some of it pours out you may never get it back to a gel. I've returned multiple tubes to Amazon for this reason.

It works (if you can keep it in your mouth!) The darn gel turns to liquid! I thought I had a bad tube, so I ordered another tube. Same thing! I definitely will not be ordering it again!!!! 😡🤬
