So I was having issues with greasy oily spots on my tshirts and other clothing in the wash. After some research I learned you need to wash your washer-well I had heard that before but honestly thought it was a money grab-but after reading more about it I learned that washing using cold water, even using liquid detergent, can clog up the washing machine and then product gets redeposited on your clothes during the wash (yuck!!) Ok so what to do? After reading many articles and reviews I chose plink and I’m so happy with my decision. You add one tablet to the empty washing machine tub and run a cleaning cycle using hot water (directions are on the pack) and not only does it blast out all the ‘gunk’ it smells lemony fresh!! Oh you can also use this for your dishwasher!! My clothes are looking better than ever-as you can see from the picture I’ve run a few cleaning cycles since getting the plink-i wash laundry for other people as a side hustle and the plink has made me more confident about returning the cleanest clothes possible to my customers. ... show more

This stuff is great. We don’t use it every time we run our dishwasher, but about every 2 weeks. Keeps our dishwasher sparkling and fresh smelling. When we do put it in, it keeps the dishwasher fresh while dishes are being loaded for a couple days. Something I hadn’t expected. Front load washers seem like a good idea until you own one. You can’t shut the door when it’s damp inside or it sours bad. Also if you leave your clothes in and forget them for a day or two they will sour too and the smell will NOT come out until you clean your washer and wash them a few times. Enter this magic product called PLINK - it works GREAT to remove odors from your washer AND sour clothes. It even worked to remove BO from my husbands workout clothes that just washing normally would not remove. I like these they're great cause you can use them on both your dishwasher & washing machine. I think if you have major build up you would have to use something stronger but they're great for regular maintenance
