Product not licensed for the USA. Outlet plug is not for the USA. Why sell it? Ship it? Only to have me return it. Cost $82 to ship back. I expect a full refund for the shipping for knowingly selling items not licensed for the USA.

Got this for my son for Christmas. When he opened it and started connecting it we found out the power supply is European. We can't use it here. Very disappointed. Now I have go out and buy an American power supply to which it should have came with.. 5 games were supposed to come with it and none were there. ... show more

Apparently Sony pairs its game voucher codes to the region where the bundle is sold. In my case I live in the US and the bundle came from the UK. Even though there is no language indicating this fact in the product detail, Sony is unwilling to correct this situation. So the extra money spend on the bundle is basically an over-payment of the hardware because the game vouchers are useless outside of the UK. Be Careful ... show more

So disappointed with this purchase, after my son opened it on Christmas we find out it only works in Europe. Now although it’s an easy return to Amazon it’s a bit disappointing for my son.
