The media could not be loaded. This is an official Sony PS5 controller. I got the Chroma Teal edition and the color looks incredible. I love the feel of the controller especially compared to the PS4 controller. The buttons are very smooth and tactically responsive. The shell is very high quality to protect the inner components which are fairly weighted. The sturdiness makes its predecessor feel cheap. I have another official PS5 controller that is about 5 years old and still works perfectly with absolutely zero stick drift. I popped it open for a good cleaning of some dried up dr pepper and a couple micro particles of lays chips and it feels good as new.

Controller works great, just wanted to warn others that it actually looks more purple/blue iridescent than “Chrome Cobalt Blue” or whatever they called it. My husband was expecting it to be more of a shiny cobalt blue color. We’re keeping it anyway, cause both of the PS5 controllers that came w/ our system started acting up around the same time. He’s just giving me this one & ordering the non-shiny blue one for himself, which I’m fine with. It is a really pretty color! Just a lot more purple than it looked like in the picture. The non-shiny bits are actually a dark plum or eggplant color, which matches the shiny part perfectly.
