These controllers are so bad the one I am replacing with this one already started having issues less than a year after having it (Though apparently percussive maintainence has fixed it for now <- was a last resort more done out of being pissed off rather than thinking it would work but it actually did lol). Only reason I'm giving it 5 stars is if you want an oem controller... well what are you going to do? As for color, it is a nice dark blue color (really Sony, blue is PS's color and it took you this long to come up with a really nice blue color for the controller) so I'll give it that. Honestly, buy these at a place that sells extended warranties.. you'll most likely use it. ... show more

Ordered it for a bday gift for a kid, charged for new. Doesn't list that it's used. Controller is in very good condition don't get me wrong. But definitely was disappointed for the $80 not knowing it was used

the controller arrived more then probably 10 days late and I'm disappointed I needed this overnight I'm giving it 3 stars cuz its here an it works but its the same model as the 1 that broke be4 what broke the analog stick drift Sony can't fix it in these old controllers unless you buy the dual sense edge that 1 I haven't tried an I probably won't ... show more

The controller works, unfortunately they sent the black one versus the blue. Had to contact customer service to be refunded the difference. It was disappointing as I prefer blue controllers but didn't want the hassle of a return and reorder.

Paid for a new controller, got one clearly already opened with rips all throughout the packaging inside and out. Hopefully it lasts… Two stars because at least it’s the correct product.
