Functions perfectly, plays all of my US games and BluRays. The only thing you'll have to get used to is circle for confirm, and X to go back or cancel. Otherwise great system, looks fantastic, and Last Samurai got it to me almost two weeks early during the pandemic. Great seller.

This thing is AMAZING! Italy have it's weird quirks with the U.S. locale, but other than that, this bad boy runs as it's supposed to be - a certified BEAST.

I was so excited about receiving my package, and very happy to see they thought ahead by having you sign for the package to receive it. I loved how it was packaged to arrive safe and sound with a thank you note for buying from them. I love the detail in the console, it's absolutely gorgeous. With the help of my son who knows a little Japanese, we were able to set the console to English. The game I couldn't convert to English, which is ok my son will play that version and I am waiting for my English version to arrive. Thank you so much for providing such a great service and ensuring my package arrived safely.

I just got it this morning, from seller Last Samurai. Amazon estimated it would come on May 22nd- June 3, but the package just came in 6 days. Everything includes the same with description, the Japanese edition need 100-110 voltage. working fine with my NA PSN account, but I need JP PSN to redeem the theme for this PS4 edition. Only one sadness is after I bought this, the price keeps dropping every day by $1 :)) Anyways, I'm super satisfied with my purchase, 1 more minus is my ps4 kh3 edition had a little tear scratch on the open corner of the box (i love to collect the box). And that is it. Thank you a lot LAST SAMURAI !!!

I own everything collectors for the franchise, and I needed this for my collection. Looks phenomenal. Pros: beautiful design both console and controller, Japanese power plug works fine on wall outlet, custom desktop theme and sounds are glorious. Cons: you have to make a secondary account under a Asian account to activate the theme code(but can still use American account as primary, just go to installed notifications and hit apply), game is in 100% Japanese no way to change it, and the X and O button is flipped Over all no complaints

It was delivered before we expected it. It was packaged well. I loved that it had to be signed for. The design is awesome. Put a lot of time and love into creating the console. You can switch it from japan to English. It is very well made. Art work is very nice
