Ordered the slim PS4 and it was delivered with all listed components on the order page within 5 business days of ordering (including actual PS4 controller and NOT a counterfeit / aftermarket as some reviews seem to suggest). The PS4 works just fine. There seems to be a lot of bad / mixed reviews about this company but as for myself I give them 5 stars for delivering an excellent product exactly as they advertised. They used UPS as a delivery method which is also nice since FedEx is abysmal these days. I will be reaching out to Game Brain (Jeddy Holdings) again to see if they can actually fix my old PS4 and send that one back to me as well. Came with everything, clean no scratches or dings. 22xx model as advertised. Even the controller had a 90% charge. I was a bit concerned about the game insert and eject rollers initially, as they're slower than my PS5, but I also wasn't used to the location of the disc port, it is working properly and I've installed many games. Graphics are a little better than my Xbox One, glad I bought the slim instead of pro, despite similar prices, because of established reliability and already having a PS5, this is a backup. I easily transferred my save files for my PS4 games via USB drive from my PS5. My thumb drive housing was too thick to fit in the PS4 port, due to the thin area the PS4 USB port is located in, thumb drives fault not PS4. I took the thumb drive out of its housing so it would fit, and it worked perfectly. To top it all off most all my games installed combined in under 2 hours, some installed in around a minute. This leads me to believe I got lucky, and the HDD was replaced with an SSD at some point. I'm not positive on that, nor suggesting all of these do, but the games are installing faster than my PS5 normally installs them. Initial reaction is this is a great device, take into mind just because mine is, doesn't necessarily mean all are, but I'm very happy with the console I received. ... show more

Product did not work. Would not power up. Contacted the seller for return and reorder. He agreed to send new one and provide a label to return the defective unit. When I checked back to see when the replacement would arrive the seller canceled the transaction (return/replacement).

Console seems to be running fine and shipped very fast, but as with a lot of the other reviews, the controller (although it says it’s Sony) refuses to sync up to the console. I don’t know if it’s a subpar controller or just isn’t in working order. Will be trying an off brand one as soon as it gets here. ... show more

Perfect purchase! My 10 year old ps4's hard drive but the dust so I came to Amazon to check prices for a new ps4, as I wasn't interested in a ps5. Found this renewed slim model, purchased it and the extended service plan just in case. I was pleasantly surprised at how perfect it is! It really is like new! It's 1 tb hard drive size plus I have my own 2 tb external hard drive so I've got plenty of space for my 700 games. Yes, I'm a huge gamer. Shipping was fast and I'm very pleased with my purchase! If I have any issues with it, I'll update my review but I do not anticipate that happening. Love it! ... show more
