I ordered the ps4 with a controller. The ps4 work luckily. And I also ordered an extra controller elsewhere fortunately. First off the controller I received was red. Which is not in the description anywhere. All the pictures showed black. Not a big deal right? If that was it I wouldn't even be writing this. I go to set it up for my 6yr old and realize the wrong charging cord was sent. Can't even charge the controller that was sent with the ps4. Ok no big deal I had a charger for it. Turns out the controller doesn't charge. With any cord in any port. Called customer service they wouldn't even entertain the idea of send me a new controller if I sent the old one back. They wouldn't credit me 20$ so I could purchase a new controller either. The only option was to tell my 6yr old he can't play anymore for 2 weeks while I sent the counsel back just because of a defective controller. Get it together amazon this is insane! ... show more

This unit makes a loud humming noise when playing a game disc. It was a Christmas gift for grandson. Devices should not arrive loose in an Amazon box wrapped only in a layer of bubble wrap. Very embarrassing way to present a costly gift.

Power cord did not fit and was also messed up.
