I have been having SI joint pain off and on for 6 months. Recently it really flared up and felt very unstable with lots of pain. I put this on and there was a solid reduction in pain almost immediately. 24 hours later the pain was almost gone. I even heard a pop in the area at one point just shifting in my chair. It really just brought the whole thing together. My used was timed right after a chiropractic adjustment which had so far not done much to help. In conjunction with the adjustment it seems to have really helped. Also it is pretty comfortable. Big guy here and you hardly notice it’s on. One thing I did notice is if you have it on all day it can caused some soreness on the opposite side since you’re sort of banding both the good and bad side together. While it does not look like much the relief experienced after long trips was significant. I have a pinched nerve in my lower back and often take long trips by car. This belt has supported my hips to a point where the pain in my back is lessened a great deal over trips taken without the belt. I was at a point that I would try anything to relieve the pain and am so happy the steroid injections are currently no longer something I have to consider ... show more

I really like this belt. It gives you a lot of support and comfort. It does take some pain away for me. I however have a bad injury so I would think someone else may get total relief. I got the black belt. The belt fits perfectly under clothing, or you can wear over top of your pants/ shorts., whatever. I do that at home when exercising and cleaning. It helps a lot. I may get another one, so I can wash this one and still have it when I need it. All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase of this support belt. Hope you will be too! ... show more

    • Make Sure You Buy The Correct Size.

I saw this advertised elsewhere and decided to order it. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention when I was ordering and ordered the regular size rather than the XL size. I can use the regular size currently (however when the velcro stops holding so well, that might be a different story). It does seem to relieve symptoms. I did also get the XL-XXL size, I do find it hard to put on because the velcro of the side compression straps wants to keep attaching to the rest of the belt while I am trying to get the main part on. For me the XL-XXL is easier to put on than the regular size one though obvously the regular size one tends to provide more compression. Also, as a woman, anytime I have to go to the bathroom, I need to remove it, then replace it if I am wearing pants (which is most of the time). So I am putting it on several times a day (unless I choose to wear it under my clothes which seems like it would be uncomfortable also) because my skin tends to react to this type of material when it's in contact over time. ... show more
