These are flexible and easy to use. However, the cut marks show up rapidly and then it is difficult to get it clean due to food in the cracks. I soak them with black but likely will look for something else.

Here’s why: They do feel thick and durable, I like the textured back but can still be slippery on a smooth surface, I haven't tried the damp paper towel trick. I love the different sizes, these boards are able to handle my cutting needs.
