The m12 holders hardly hold the battery and are junk. Definitely do not lock in place. The m18 holders are decent and seem like they will work otherwise I’d return them. Definitely could use improvements for the price

Holder for the 12 volt batteries are great. Reason for the 4 star is because the holder for the 18 volt holds the batteries so close together so it is difficult to get them out. Other than the spacing they are both well made and durable.
