  • Does what they're supposed to do
Size: 96 Count (Pack of 1)
These are easy to use, and do a great job showing where/if you missed any spots when brushing your teeth. They chew up/dissolve quickly, and have a pleasant fruity flavor. They *will* turn your toothbrush bristles pink no matter how much rinsing you do after, however I consider that a small price to pay in exchange for knowing my teeth are as clean as I can get them. ... show more

  • Great tool to help guide kids
Size: 96 Count (Pack of 1)
These were so fun to use with my kids, ages 7 and 9! We all used them together to see where we need to focus more when brushing, and all of our teeth were sparkly clean after! The kids loved the novelty of it and were asking to use them again the next day… these are kids who complained often about brushing teeth and would skimp out of it, to now eagerly brushing their teeth twice in a row! My only critique is on the directions. It says to brush and floss like normal, chew and swish the tabs, spit, see purple plaque, rinse, then ta da sparkly teeth! The missing but obvious step in there is a very quick rinse and then brushing the teeth again, concentrating on the areas with purple plaque. I know it seems obvious, but my kids were a little confused trying to figure out when they were supposed to brush again. ... show more

  • Excessive but works
Size: 96 Count (Pack of 1)
Everything about this product is excessive. First, do you really need 96 tablets? Probably not. I think about 12, at most, will get the job done. Second, scrubbing your sink may not get the pink out after brushing--do it quickly. I am pretty sure it will eventually wear off of the sink, but make sure your kid knows how to spit IN the sink. You might want to coat the bathroom in plastic trash bags if you have one of those kids who will open their mouths and let slobber drip out in a fit of dramatics at the slightest provocation from something slightly distasteful. Third, yeah, your kid's tongue might be purple a few days. However, chances are good you are here because your child is not getting every side and angle of their teeth properly when brushing. I have just started using these on my fifth child after successfully using the similar GUM ones on the others. If nothing else, these let you see where you need to spot check because your kid missed and saves you from having to re-brush their entire mouths just to make sure. I was willing to pay for tablets I will never use in order to get those I will use, so I can prevent my child from getting tooth decay, but I wasn't quite willing to purchase 248 of the GUM ones at a slightly higher price to get the product I used for my other children. I also don't mind a slightly discolored sink if I can help my child become more independent with brushing. I feel GUM's product was better, but getting it is much more difficult, now. This seems to be the only product available of its kind safely available to the general public. The GUM brand comes in a pack of 248 from a dental supply company directly, and although someone is selling them on Amazon in smaller quantities that come packaged in plastic baggies-- I don't feel safe giving those to my child even if they are individually wrapped. ... show more

  • Extra brushing
Size: 96 Count (Pack of 1)
My kids love to check to make sure they got all the purple off on places they missed the first time. Bonus I manage to get them to brush 3 times a day, even if the third time is right after the 2nd.

  • Bought for my grandkid's.
Size: 96 Count (Pack of 2)
This is 96 per box, so that is really nice. They do show where more brushing is needed. They also stain the lips. They do NOT stain purple, they stain pink.

  • Does the job and fun for kids
Size: 96 Count (Pack of 1)
I think these work great. These tablets do show a possibility of staining so I would just instantly rinse the sink as the kids are spitting and keep some rubbing alcohol on hand for the sink. It'll help it without damaging your sink. Also, I do see where everyone is talking about their children's faces getting stained. I use careve foam face wash and squirt a little on a cloth or baby wipe and rub it. It comes right off. Baby wipe isn't as rough as the wash cloth on their skin. My kids love doing this. We do it every night and I think it really put into perspective for my kids how to properly wash their teeth. ... show more
