This whitened, my teeth very effectively, and I only had to use it once every few days to keep them sparkling white. I usually used the crest white strips and had that gunk in my mouth for 30 minutes at a time. These are so simple and so easy to use. This product is working very well. I see a difference in the shade of my teeth. I am a smoker and drink coffee. I will continue to purchase this product. I’ve used this for 5 days in a row so far and can see the yellow stains disappearing. The taste is good and the product is not harsh at all. The directions say to swish around for 15 seconds but I apply it with my toothbrush and then swish it thoroughly for 15 seconds and rinse. I wish I would have known about this product years ago. I’m encouraging friends, family, and anyone reading this review to buy this product and use it faithfully. Trust me, this purple foam is a life saver for anyone who has stains, yellowing, or just a dull smile. I’ve gotten compliments already for the difference in my appearance when I smile. First, it has a lot of chemicals in it that you swish around in your mouth for 15 seconds. Second, it is from China, meaning it is unregulated. Lord only knows what is in it. I decided to toss it after 1 week. It is not like I saw note-worthy results. I'll stick with Dentist's office whiting, trays, or whiting toothpaste endorsed by some dental association. ... show more
