With so many AirPod owners out there, why would you want these? I'll tell you why. AirPods fall out of my ears, especially when exercising -- I wanted an over-the-ear loop for my bluetooth headphones. AirPods get lost easily -- I wanted earpieces connected to each other so they'd be easier to find. And AirPods cost an arm and a leg -- I wanted something that wouldn't break the bank. These fit the bill. Nothing fancy, but comfortable enough -- when jogging I can secure them and not worry about them bouncing out. A small plastic nib inside them holds them in place so they don't flap up and down like another brand I've tried. The noise cancelling is almost too good -- when they're secure in your ears it's hard to hear what's going on outside around you, even if you have no music playing. I'm sure they're not the best sound quality, but I'm not using them to evaluate the acoustics of musical recordings; I'm using them to listen to podcasts on a dog walk or for psyche-up music while exercising. These are a great compromise, and when I inevitably DID lose them by leaving them behind somewhere, I picked up another pair for the same cheap price.

Update (7.17.2022) - What can I say, I always try to troubleshoot, I can't help it! I wanted to try my other BB Fit devices on my current phone again, just to eliminate my phone from being the culprit - turned out, it was my phone, because the resume play after pausing function no longer worked with these either! But it wasn't my phone; I backtracked everything that had happened with my phone since I last used my other BB Fit devices - I had downloaded a game (hadn't even launched or played it), but no other games or apps. I uninstalled that game and voila! All BB Fit devices, including the BBFIT 350, are now fully operational! Changing my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. I still stand by my comments regarding the pricing, though. ~~~~~~~~ Big fan of Plantronics headsets (work and leisure), so was excited to see this offering recently for the BBFIT 350 (Black, price $18.75). I prefer BackBeat Fit 'corded/connected/wired offerings for walking/jogging/exercising, instead of the newer, separate earbud types being offered these days. With that said, I was disappointed in this pair, primarily due to the functionality of the in line controls. I have the original BB Fit (from 2015), BB Fit PLT (from 2017), BB Fit 2100 (from 2018) - all of which are still alive and kicking, working perfectly for my current phone device (Nokia G50). I even have a pair of Mpow Flame Bluetooth earbuds, and the controls work fine. The inline controls for the BB Fit350 are not fully functional for my current phone device. Volume controls, pause work fine; however, if I want to resume play after I pause, this feature does not work! I paired the BB Fit 350 to two older devices (Nokia 6 and Nokia Lumia 1020) and the resume play function works fine. I even downloaded the BackBeat app to see if I could program the settings to get this to work - no joy. I didn't bother with the phone call quality test, as I had already done enough due diligence regarding the functionality. Nonetheless, sound quality is great - adjust the earbud tips accordingly, and use the larger size if you want to allow ambient sounds if you decide to use during outside activities. I will keep the BB Fit 350, as the price was only $18.75 (Black); however, if I had spent the current asking price $37.01 (Grey) or $50.17 (Blue), I would definitely return the item due to the inability to resume play (lack) of functionality. 3 out of 5 stars, but had these worked perfectly, I would have give 4, mostly likely 5 stars.

I have a daith piercing and small ears and I can’t wear “AirPods” like most people do. I needed a hook headphone for my gym workouts and runs. I’m extremely impressed that over a year later these still work like a charm! I keep them in my purse and use them all the time without any issues. They aren’t noise cancelling or amazing audio that I know of but they get the job done for a great price. I’m very happy with them!

Pros - Comfortable fit, three ear plug sizes, it isolates gym sounds and gym music very well. Their is no weird air pressure when in the ears, or when inserting/removing, they are barely noticeable during a 2hour gym session or working the weekend on a night shift and getting 6 hours of music, podcasts audio books. They don't slip off and stay put when running; jogging or repairing a car. Sounds quality is great. Good bass, clear crisp audio. Not tinny at all. Cons - in the gym with many bluetooth devices all operating at the same time… their may be interference and or a disconnection, usually its one person with an overly aggressive bluetooth device. I just avoid them by keeping 20feet or more away. A second very minor irritation is the charging block on their audio wire. It may wiggle or slap on your neck if you being super active like doing a hiits workout. Cant really secure it tightly short of taping it too the neck. However during lifting and more stationary activities its not an issue. Even jogging and cycling its not an issue. Ear comfort, Sound quality, sound isolation, and battery life are all great. Overall im happy with this brand. Plantronics/poly make great solid products. Just wish the marketing was better. People are not aware how good their products are and its kinda placed among the cheap Chinese garbage at price point on amazon. Its an American company so they make quality products. The quality is top notch in my book. My previous plantronic/poly headset lasted six years of century cycling, lifting, hiking, boating, camping, night shifts and many rainstorms outdoors. They never broke, just some wear on the finish and of course the battery gave out after six years. Will buy again. You wont be disappointed with this product. Poly is very underrated and mostly overlooked in the gym outdoor activity market.
