I have used oils for my body and hair for years. I really like sweet almond for my hair (usually mixed in with my conditioner), used all over my body after a shower, a drop mixed in with my foundation (I have normal to dry skin), and mixed with other oils for various purposes. This seems like a great quality oil, it did not have a scent to me but feels great on my body. The bottle states that it does have some UV protection but after opening I should refrigerate the contents. I have never refrigerated my almond oil...maybe I just never paid attention to the bottle. It is just not convenient for me to put it in the fridge so I hope I use the contents before it loses its properties. About the pump: In all my years using oils I never thought to use a pump. My other oils with with just a pour spout leave a mess all over my counter... (if you use oils in a bottle you know they tend to leave an oil ring no matter how careful you are when using). I plan to buy bottles with pumps for all my oils from now on, so convenient ... show more

I purchased this almond oil as a moisturizer for my husband who has pretty severe psoriasis covering large areas of his body. It is rich in Vitamin D which we realized helps to clear up his psoriasis plaques. We made that connection of Vitamin D helping him one summer when he worked doing landscaping in the sun all summer and all the plaques on stomach cleared completely. The largest ones covering stomach area that had come back since then are almost completely gone now with the use of this almond oil containing Vitamin D. It's a great moisturizer that is non drying (he was using coconut oil before but it would dry him out after moisturizing). I would and have recommended this product to other friends and family suffering from psoriasis and eczema. I have and will continue to also recommend it as carrier for essential oil blends. ... show more
