I’m on my second cover. I like the fit for my sedan and I like the design. It’s not too thick so easy to put on and off. The plastic clasps are thin and should be strong, easy to break if stepped on. Don’t expect the cover to last move than 1-1.5 years and you will be satisfied.

Was a little snug but fit good. I have a Cadillac CTS 2010 with double sunroof and when it rains sometimes we leak. Also, NC pine trees drop lots of sap and will ruin your paint. I don’t own a garage so this does the trick. It’s fast to open & pull over & clip. Best value for its price. Give it a try ... show more

    • Great Price But Can’t Use All Fasteners

Great price! Quality of cover is MUCH better than expected at this price. Problem: The fasteners on the front part of the cover aren’t the same size. Front clips don’t fit together, so you can’t snap them together to secure the cover on the boat. Back fasteners fit together perfectly. Obviously a manufacturing error with the front clips. If the wind is always at your back, you’re golden … OR — you can tie the front two tie-downs together instead of using the fasteners. Works for me. :) Side Note: Plastic Fasteners eventually break/warp anyway — in any kind of weather. Faster in extreme cold or heat, but all of them do break. ... show more

This is the best car cover I have ever owned. I got this cover just in time for a nasty snowstorm in CT. When I took it out of the package, I was a little skeptical as to how much it weighed. Would it actually do the job? Well yes it did!!!! It was so easy to get on the car. And when it came time to clean off the snow and ice the next morning it was actually a breeze. Unlike other covers that can stick to your car because of the ice and temperature, this did not. And it comes with 2 straps to safely secure the cover in case of high winds.     • What do people expect for $37?

I bought this cover in December 2020 and it lasted until August 2021 sitting out in the elements 24/7 for those 8 months. One day it just decided it had had enough and basically ripped in half. I plan to buy another one of these but I decided to read reviews (because that's what I like to do for entertainment) before re-ordering. The biggest complaints I've see is "it's not waterproof" and "for the money I spent blah blah blah". First of all, this is a budget car cover at it's $37 price point and you aren't going to find one that cheap at your local parts store unless it's on sale. The $40+ car covers sold at auto parts stores are not waterproof and will shred apart or blow away with the slightest wind. This car cover at least has 3 straps built-in that will hold it in place so it's definitely not blowing away. Second, I can't attest for the waterproof aspect of it and while I understand that the description says it's waterproof, even if it's not I have to point back to the price again. What did you think you were getting for $37? If your vehicle needs to be protected from the rain that bad, you may want to consider a garage or storage. If that isn't an option then you're looking at spending $100+ for a car cover that's going to stand up to all of the elements for any extended period of time. I've had a 1991 Firebird that I've kept covered outdoors for 5+ years and I've bought probably 4 or 5 different brand car covers in this price range. There's one things consistent amongst them all ..... they're only going to last you about 8-12 months tops. That's just how it goes when you buy a budget car cover. UPDATE: The 2nd one I purchased only lasted 3 months. I went ahead and ordered another because I still stand by what I said in the review above. You get what you pay for and for the price this isn't a bad cover. In fact, it had a 10% discount this time so this 3rd one only cost me $33. I am knocking a star off however to bring it down from 4 to 3 stars because I think only lasting 3 months is pushing the boundaries even for a cheap 30-ish dollar car cover. If this 3rd cover lasts 8-12 months like the first cover did then I'll chalk it up to bad luck on the 2nd cover and move it back to 4 stars but for now it's only 3 stars. UPDATE: The 3rd cover lasted 5 months. A bit longer than the 2nd cover but not as long as the 1st cover. Still a $30-ish car cover, still buying another one, still recommended, but still leaving at 3 stars. Even if I replace this cover twice a year it's far cheaper than paying for a storage unit to put the car in. UPDATE: The 4th cover lasted 4 months. I might start buying these 2 at a time especially when they're on sale. Right now they're only $22 which is actually closer to what I'd like to pay for these regularly. Still can't complain about a $20-$30 car cover that lasts a few months. I couldn't get a storage unit this cheap to store it in. UPDATE: My 5th cover lasted 5 months.     • Seems waterproof, but applying it in wind is difficult.

I've only had this for about a month (used every day), but this seems waterproof - probably even MORE waterproof than others, but that does result in condensation getting trapped under it, so water does get underneath... and leaves some water spots. Some covers advertise as "breathable" to allow condensation to evaporate, but this one does not, so they are being honest. I've had water pool on top of the cover (over open & closed areas along the hood)... and sit for days until it evaporated or I drained it, so it clearly provides a barrier against water from above. The problem I have with it is that its single layer is so thin and light that even a light wind can make it sometimes impossible to apply (by 1 person). When there's no wind, it's nice and light and so easy to apply. But I applied it once during 9mph winds and it took time and was a pain. Once applied, the wind got up under it and battered it (though it took the battering like a champ; and, honestly, that wind swirling around underneath it likely helped avoid/evaporate any condensation ;) ), but I did splurge on some add'l straps (the green ones) to keep it down). But, today, with winds at 11mph occasionally gusting to 18mph, the cover almost took off on me! Luckily, I had a hold of it trying to fit one corner when the other end took off. I just bundled it back up, put it away, and applied my other, multi-layered, heavier cover (that I haven't used since I got this one)... with absolutely no problem in the wind. It's an inexpensive cover... not claiming to be a miracle product. If anything goes wrong, like if it starts to shred like some other reviews indicate, I'm sure I'll be back with an update. ;) ... show more
