This definitely gives an extra zesty ginger with sweet peppermint undertones during my shower. I sprayed around 4 to 5 sprays each time and it comes out in a fine mist. The steam from my shower activates it to a milder scent and I found the best time to spray this was right after I lathered myself and was about to rinse off as it would not collide too much with my other scented products. The scent did not linger for long in the shower afterwards and I basically have no cleanup to do.

This is a really nice addition to a shower, especially if you need a little wake up. I was pleasantly surprised by the smell, the mint is noticeable right away but over time the ginger comes through more and they pair great.

This shower spray smells wonderful and invigorating! The peppermint scent is very strong. The ginger, not so much. I love using it in the morning in the shower to help wake me up and get me going faster. Just a few sprays in the shower is all it takes.

This shower spray smells really nice but I do feel like it won't last long if you are spraying it about six times each time you want to use it. I did like the smell once my shower got hot and steamy, which created a nice and relaxing shower. I feel that the price is a bit high though and wish it was about $3-4 less than what it's currently priced at ($16.99).

I love a little bit of aromatherapy, especially while in the shower. I have used powders before but was very eager to try this spray. Just a couple spritzes on the wall of the shower and one on the floor made it a very nice experience - the smell wasn't too overpowering but you could spray more or less to your own preference. I used this in the morning and breathed deeply... ahhhh! Smelled SO good! I didn't notice the scent lingering much after the shower, which is always nice too. I am going to be purchasing the Relaxation formula next - can't wait to try that one!

I chose the Energize shower mist and it is true to it's name! You can control the intensity depending on how many spritzes you use. I do about three in my shower and it infuses the space with uplifting notes of mostly peppermint (although I can detect hints of ginger, blood orange, lemon and geranium in here too) It's by no means a one note scent. I like this so much I spritz it around my yoga mat before my workout! It's the perfect scent that I want to deeply inhale during my practice. I'm really glad I got this!
