I've hated the trash bags I've 'always' been purchasing. Yes, the Hefty and GLAD. They wereen't Hefty, not did they make me Glad. Somehow I bumped into these. I read the mil, and the price. I saw people were recommending them (but that doesn't always mean they are recommendable!). I pulled out the 5th Glad bag that was not sealed on one side, rolled my eyes, and took the chance. At this point they couldn't be worse than the trash I was buying. I don't have words. These are amazing. How do the other companies stay in business? These are Study, Feel Thick, Don't puncture easily at all. They actually FIT the trash can, with extra room when the can is full, for you to Pull out and easily close. TOSS your other bags. Honestly. Great rubbish bag, easy to pull out of the bin using the 2 handles and easy to tie close. I have not had one leak as of yet as these are a thick plastic. They fit the trash bin nicely. Even after tying them shut you still have the hand;es to use to carry they to the outside trash bin or where ever you place them for pickup. I am just hoping this may cause a little less harm to the environment if this is truly made of what they said it's made of. I have been using this product for a few years. I was disappointed when they stopped selling at Tom Thumb because the price is double on Amazon only place in Texas I can find them. (Ebay sells them for a slightly higher price) This is still the best bag for moving lots of heavy kitty litter bags to my dumpster trash. They do not rip and leave kitty litter all over the dang place. However, I have noticed a few changes this past year. They are slightly thinner and I've gotten a few more rips in the bags when I used to have 0 unless I put something sharp and pointy in the bag. I hope they reconsider going back to their original toughness especially since the price doubled for me! I have used both the plant-based and non-plant based and can't tell a huge difference in sturdiness. ... show more
