I make my own pizza, but sometimes I'm not always lucky with yeast...this helped a lot....but my problem is not being able to stretch the dough out to a make a nice Neapolitan....what I found is that if you know you want pizza on Friday, start this on Wed...let it rise /double and then put it in the fridge in a lightly oiled bag and let it sit for 2 days, take it out a couple hours before you plan on baking it, and it will stretch nicely, plus the flavor is great....I don't see this as cheating at all, it's good solid pizza dough, thank you.

This is my second purchase of this dough mix. I've tried others, this one is the best. Easy to make and crust comes out great in a 500 degree oven on my pizza stone. I went to their website and found explicit instructions on how to freeze it, and despite them saying that results widely vary, I had no problem freezing and using this dough. Will definitely continue to buy!

I got this pizza kit after watching the Urban Slicer YouTube channel. I wanted to try and make soft and crunchy pizza at home so my girlfriend would believe me that I need to buy a 2,000-dollar Gozney pizza oven. I won't lie, the first pack I made I used cold water and found myself throwing the first batch away. The second kit, I followed along with Urban slicer YouTube video, and it worked out perfectly. We made one pizza in the oven (pizza attached to this review) and baked one in our BBQ which was just as good just to a few more minutes to cook.

This is super simple to prep! IMO better tasting than the frozen dough at the food store! We get 2 pies out of one bag so even though it’s a little more expensive than frozen doughs, it’s definitely worth it!

I tried 2 packages and followed the instructions, neither did not rise to create the pizza bread. The taste was the same as if I went and bought in locally at a grocery store deli for alot less money. Not as advertised.

It is hard to screw-up, it tastes pretty good. It is a great Faux Neapolitan crust. stay with 700 degrees in the oven, if you go real Neapolitan (850'+) it wont work. Stay with the box instructions. Do not under hydrate it.

Very good quality dough. Much better then others I have tried. Just add warm water and mix. Dough is smooth and spreadable in just 4 hours of proofing. Other recipes need lots more proofing time. Good for same day Pizzas.

I used a kettle pizza attachment on my gas grill at about 600 degrees. It came out great. I let the dough sit for about 3.5 hours after kneading. This was a nice alternative to the pre made dough I usually buy at the deli where I can’t get the same results.
