Comfortable, lightweight yet sturdy, adequate for travel. This backpack has the characteristic Delsey style which stands out from the crowd. The zippers are stylist and very pleasing. There are more than sufficient pocket space and organisers to carry laptop, iPad, docs or garments for a long day or overnight journey, or to use as a carry-on personal effects bag. I’m not really a backpack person, but this makes a wonderful companion to the Delsey carryon wheelie. It holds all the things I’d want easy access to during a flight, and it has a strap that slides over the wheelie handle when you don’t want to carry all that on your shoulder or back. The first time I used it, the sliding strap was a bit stiff, especially if the bag is packed to the brim. Most importantly, it doesn’t slide. I bought a cheap bag with a small slide strap and it slid right off the top of the wheelie. Useless. This stays put. It holds a surprising amount of things. My laptop was well protected. There are tons of pockets on the inside as well as the exterior. The bag is made very well. One thing to note: those side pockets that look like they are for a water bottle? Don’t even try it. They are way too small. Maybe as the bag breaks in the pockets will loosen up and be easier to use, but I’m not holding out hope. Nonetheless, this non-backpack person loves this bag. ... show more

My only complaint is I wish it was a bit bigger! However, this bag is so comfortable to wear you barely know it’s there! I love the color! I love the secret pocket in the back. It’s very lightweight. I love the area for your computer. All around it’s a great well constructed bag. I highly recommend.

This is a beautiful bag. I can carry my 16" laptop in it with no problem. The laptop compartment hovers above the bottom of the bag so I know my laptop won't bump the ground if I drop the bag. The straps don't have excess straps, which I love, makes the bag look polished. What I don't like is how the bag sits. It's too low and I can't make it sit higher. I'm 5'2" so maybe because I have a small torso. I'm trying to decide if I need to send back or just deal with it. ***Update *** Returning this because it's too painful to carry with a large load inside of it. The Delsey Paris Chatelet collection is my absolute favorite luggage set of all time. This laptop, backpack stored absolutely everything and then some. It had great organization and many pockets. It was extremely durable as sometimes it got knocked around and did not have anywhere tear on it. The material thickness was perfect and very pliable and able to hold a lot of my products.
