Fogs over instantly. Snorkel very flimsy. Water rushes in. Not sure what the two small black pieces are but don't actually come with it

the side tube did not stay up properly. it was hard to breath and swim under the water with the tube falling down

I have been SCUBA certified for over 20 years, and this mask and snorkel set is pretty much on par with my dive gear equipment. Most important, the mask seals perfectly around your face, and is very comfortable to wear. You can tell if a mask seals properly by placing it on your face and slightly breathing through your nose. It literally becomes a suction cup against your face if it seals properly. That is exactly what this mask does. It is made of a good quality silicone that isn't too rigid, so it pretty much forms perfectly to the shape of your face to prevent leaks while you're under water. There is a ratcheting buckle on each side of the mask making it easy to adjust the head strap. In addition, the back of the head strap has a large oval shape which adds comfort and prevents the mask from slipping off your face while under water. I also really like the design of the snorkel. It has a flexible silicone neck which makes it comfortable and easy to use the mouthpiece without it kinking or coming out of your mouth. The top of the snorkel has an anti-siphon mechanism built into it. It works as a float so the valve is open when you are above water, and it closes to prevent water inside the snorkel when going under. If you do get water in the snorkel, it discharges through the bottom by blowing air into the snorkel. It works very well, and I did not have any issues. As far as the anti-fog goes, just about every mask is going to fog for the most part. You can buy an anti-fog solution to help with this issue, but I wouldn’t say the anti-fog feature works any better than other similar masks. As a side note, it also comes with an average quality set of ear plugs and a mesh storage bag. Overall, highly recommend as a decent quality mask and snorkel set at an excellent value.
