Seems ok. Havent used it yet. 1 Rubber foot not there. Just the metal. Not in well sealed box so missing when packed. Amazon needs to provide in account support. I dont want phone support. Permit flagging an order to get a part. Not require returning a 130lb product for a $3 part (est.).

It is a very nice machine. It is great with the power feed. Well built and easy to run. I would say if you know you have to go out past 50 feet, I would say get one with 1/2 inch cable. Going out farther than that with 3/8 inch cable and if it's a nasty clog, might not do it. I have, what is most likey tree roots at 80 feet in 4 inch clay tile. It could not open it up. Just would not go any further and it did not like it. I tried several different tips. After trying for 2 days, I went and rented a 1/2 inch 100 foot beast, from the hardware store. Way too heavy, but blew right through the clog in 5 minutes of use. This unit could go through smaller pipes and around bends. My brother and I split the cost do not as bad for me.
