I liked that it kept my baby warm, safe in public places, & she fell asleep very quickly in it. Created a quiet space for her. I liked that ot had a zipped netting & privacy lid. What I didn't like is that it was difficult to keep netting up when I wanted to see baby. The straps on the side at times would get stuck on my car seat troller.
