I have edited my original review because I was sent and received a replacement for the piece that broke. I am leaving the original review below in case the problem reappears, but I was VERY happy with my customer service during this issue. The biggest recommendation I have for others is that you should try and tighten each individual piece and then go back and check the overall stability of the basketball hoop. I'm hoping the replacement will be able to last far longer than the original. My two year old loved this hoop and played on it constantly. It was a little flimsy at first, but we got it put together, and it seemed fine. Even after putting sand down in the base, we added a few books to stop it from tipping forward. However, about two weeks later the rim fell off. The weld was very poorly done, and the two pieces in the picture were completely broken and not fixable. I tried to find a way to contact the company to get this piece replaced, but I wasn't able to. Sadly, I really liked this hoop, and my son did too. However, it's not worth the money if it would break this quickly from regular use.

I bought this for my 2 yr old niece and she loves playing “bakset ball” lol. Easy set up. Comes with 2 inflatable balls and the pump. Even she can use it…with some help of course.

My son was super excited to get this basketball hoop. It came with a ball and air pump. Seemed okay at first, however it has slowly started to fall apart with his dunking (he is 2). It is not the best rough and tumble product for boys, but looks good.

Kids loved it and had a lot of fun!…. While it lasted. It was easy to put together but it is not very sturdy. This was a gift for my son’s birthday and it lasted about a week. We bought this because it adjusts and can fit indoors and outdoors. It leaks very bad. The stickers began to peal almost immediately, the netting fell off and the rim broke. The balls did come with a pump to inflate and those are the only things worth keeping. I would not recommend this product unless you are keeping it indoors and are buying for children under 5.
