  • Decent look but functionality is bad
Color: Mercure Grey
The watch looks great, but its functionality falls far short of what’s advertised. The battery drains much faster than expected, even with minimal features enabled, performing worse than the manufacturer claims. It also has several limitations: it doesn’t record naps unless they exceed three hours, and the crown occasionally gets stuck. Given the high price, I wouldn’t recommend this product. Other brands offer more reliable performance and better features at a similar or lower cost. ... show more

  • Quality
What a beautiful timepiece. I don't use the smart functions but it is very pretty.

  • Nice but not enough
Nice looking watch and feel good on the wrist. The buttons feels weird and cheap

  • Great Looking Watch, App UI is so bad it's nearly unusable
Color: Mercure Grey
This watch looks great. But like any "smart" or "hybrid" watch it's only as good as the accompanying app. And this app is just awful. For one thing, input inconsistently allows you to type values. Except for the fields you use the most--like weight and water consumption--which almost ALL require you to set a "dial" with your touchscreen. A dial which is invariably either vastly too sensitive (the weight input) or non-responsive unless you tap a dot seemingly only a pixel or two wide (the sleep schedule is this way.) Absolute and utter rubbish. This morning I instantly lost 11 lbs because I didn't realize how sensitive it is. Also, about units of measurement: This app inconsistently mixes metric units of measure with English system. For example, weight is in pounds (English system) but water intake is liters and glasses. Also, the app freely uses vague, useless, or undefined terms. For example: Measuring water by the "glass." A "glass" is not an objective unit of measure. Ounces, liters, milileters all are. Oh, and perhaps the most glaring and egregiously stupid thing about this app: There are no default goals. You have to manually set every last goal, which is an endlessly frustrating experience because of 1) How terrible the user interface on the app is, 2) How terrible (non-existent) detailed official documentation is--you get nothing but a QR code in the box that leads to a web-site whose support articles read like they were written in a foreign language and translated via Google Translate. And the goal for calories consumed? Can only be input in "kcals," a unit of measure almost nobody has the faintest idea what it means. If you insist on accepting input in "kcals," whatever those are, you need to allow us to switch unit of measure to "calories" since literally every food on the market in the United States is required to publish a "calories" value, NOT a "kcals" value. Verdict: Don't buy it. The app is pure rubbish and is put out by a company that does interior design for Ferraris. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag to save my money. I would consider reversing this verdict if literally everything I mentioned in this review were fixed, but at this point they're still solving bugs like "oops, the watch is burning half its battery in 35 minutes because of this specific software flaw" so it could potentially be YEARS before all of this is fixed--if they even keep selling it long enough to develop fixes. Save your money until they re-write the entire app (or at least the UI) from the ground up. Also, what "genius" decided to use a "sleep schedule" instead of "Desired sleep duration" and "bed-time." Just that change solves the entire problem with your idiotic "slider" input system. ... show more

  • Fantastic idea for those looking for a classic look
Short, short, review... Great as long as hybrid is on your mind. Tracks many things but has that elegance of a traditional watch. Provided wrist band was awful and I was quick to replace it. Of note, this is one of 3 smart watches I've used within the last year. Each with a sort of its own unique purpose for me. Also of note, I work in a building where we're not allowed any smart devices so, Im a bit limited to what I can wear. Honestly, most days I wear a basic somewhat classy wristwatch with a comfortable rubber wrist band. (Server rooms get cold so metal is bad) But, once work is over Ill put on a traditional smart watch for tracking all the things that one might track. But, when I go out, I want something classy looking but still has the tech that I like. So, for that, this more than fits the bill. Ill wear the Samsung when Im hanging around the house on Sunday but when I go out, this is the watch I go with. What I like: Classy Looking featuring a real dial. Looks like a traditional watch, just looks good and elegant. Has most of the features you're looking for in a smart watch minus the deep integrated phone connectivity. Steps, sleep, hydration, O2, activity etc. So, this can track lots of things but no, its not going to show you texts from your phone or link to your music account or earbuds. What I dont like: The wrist band. Absolutely awful. This wrist band is leather but has a thin width and the hole spacing is bad. I had to either make it so tight that it cut off blood flow or so loose that it practically spun on my wrist and nothing would register. I ended up purchasing the official Pininfarina FKM Pininfarina rubber wristband, the watch went from unbearable to great. But, as such I took a star off. Charging station: As this requires the base charging station to charge via usbc, it makes me concerned what happens should that get lost of damaged. Its very unique and proprietary. Although Ive had no issues, I wouldve liked a more universal, future proof method to charge. ... show more

  • Shipped defective and unusable.
Cannot use the watch because it will not charge. Watch was delivered with empty battery. After over 3 hours in the charger, battery remained at 1% charge. Even when not on the charger it still shows “1% charging “ Could not pair the watch with phone and app because it requires 50% of charge. Poor quality control. Get the Withings Scanwatch 2 instead. Much better and safer product. ... show more

Nope. Was a beautiful watch and has some incredible features, however it did not work. Was unable to charge beyond 1%and could not connect to app. I am so disappointed. Was a gift to my husband for Christmas.
