  • Gorgeous Watch
Get it! It's a very classy looking watch and works very well. It's a minimalist smart watch that only alerts you of the things that are important at the moment. Highly recommend

  • Don’t Buy
Absolutely do not buy this watch. It won’t charge, therefore I can’t bluetooth to the app on my phone. I was very much looking forward to having this watch and now I can’t return it.

  • cool looking and functional watch ~
Color: Mercure Grey Size: Leather
The watch looks modern and cool. It was easy to sync and set up. It has a lot of the modern functions that I like. I am able to charge it without any issues. As for power, I don't notice any decrease in performance after so many charges and using it for months.. It was comfortable on my wrist. It is quite durable so far. I dropped it few times and have put in the bathroom for a while. Despite all that abuse, it is still working. So far, I am happy with it. ... show more

  • Lovely watch with a couple of caveats
Color: Slate Grey Size: Sport
I bought my Senso hybrid brand new on eBay so I will not be a verified owner but here it is. It is a great watch, very aesthetic and pleasant to use. I purchased it partially because I saw it was made by an Italian company and I figured the servers are in Italy and it will have EU data protection. This was incorrect. The watches are styled by Pininfarina but made by Globix, a Chinese company. The heart metrics were interesting but some months ago the app now says that the ECG function is not available in my region (USA) and it does not synchronize. The watch had an issue, every few days it just crashed and would not come back to life until I touched it to the charger for a few seconds, at which point it rebooted and then required a recalibration of the hands (it did not need to be charged and the issue was independent of how charged the battery was). I reached out two or three times to customer services for help, but got no answer. Eventually I figured out a handling on my own. Instead of setting the bottom dial to display a count of my steps, I switched it to show seconds. No more crashes. Looks like a programming error in the watch OS was making it crash when it had to calculate percentage of step target made. I am concerned that customer service fully ignored my warranty service request on this. But I am glad I figured out a handling because overall the watch is very nice and it is fun to wear. ... show more

  • Great Looking Watch, App UI is so bad it's nearly unusable
Color: Mercure Grey Size: Leather
This watch looks great. But like any "smart" or "hybrid" watch it's only as good as the accompanying app. And this app is just awful. For one thing, input inconsistently allows you to type values. Except for the fields you use the most--like weight and water consumption--which almost ALL require you to set a "dial" with your touchscreen. A dial which is invariably either vastly too sensitive (the weight input) or non-responsive unless you tap a dot seemingly only a pixel or two wide (the sleep schedule is this way.) Absolute and utter rubbish. This morning I instantly lost 11 lbs because I didn't realize how sensitive it is. Also, about units of measurement: This app inconsistently mixes metric units of measure with English system. For example, weight is in pounds (English system) but water intake is liters and glasses. Also, the app freely uses vague, useless, or undefined terms. For example: Measuring water by the "glass." A "glass" is not an objective unit of measure. Ounces, liters, milileters all are. Oh, and perhaps the most glaring and egregiously stupid thing about this app: There are no default goals. You have to manually set every last goal, which is an endlessly frustrating experience because of 1) How terrible the user interface on the app is, 2) How terrible (non-existent) detailed official documentation is--you get nothing but a QR code in the box that leads to a web-site whose support articles read like they were written in a foreign language and translated via Google Translate. And the goal for calories consumed? Can only be input in "kcals," a unit of measure almost nobody has the faintest idea what it means. If you insist on accepting input in "kcals," whatever those are, you need to allow us to switch unit of measure to "calories" since literally every food on the market in the United States is required to publish a "calories" value, NOT a "kcals" value. Verdict: Don't buy it. The app is pure rubbish and is put out by a company that does interior design for Ferraris. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag to save my money. I would consider reversing this verdict if literally everything I mentioned in this review were fixed, but at this point they're still solving bugs like "oops, the watch is burning half its battery in 35 minutes because of this specific software flaw" so it could potentially be YEARS before all of this is fixed--if they even keep selling it long enough to develop fixes. Save your money until they re-write the entire app (or at least the UI) from the ground up. Also, what "genius" decided to use a "sleep schedule" instead of "Desired sleep duration" and "bed-time." Just that change solves the entire problem with your idiotic "slider" input system. ... show more

  • Wrong model and not functional
Color: Slate Grey Size: Sport
Bought this watch and received the wrong model color. I purchased again and the same thing arrived. I thought I might keep the first purchase but, when I tried to connect it and make it functional, it failed everything. Can’t even keep time much less anything else they state it does.
