I now believe in miracles. No seriously.... we have a king size adjustable base bed so the mattress is deep. I searched everywhere for a comforter that would be wide enough that it drapes the sides...mission impossible. We needed at least 116x98 to achieve this. I bought a filler with loops and this duvet. This duvet has ties which fit into the loops on the comforter filler perfectly. This is a very nice looking duvet. I took the chance on this one, with their being no written reviews, and I’m glad I did. The main reasons for getting this are 1. It was 100% cotton - I was exclusively looking for this after getting the cheaper “brushed microfiber“ duvet from another company and it would snag and run, and just not look as high quality. 2. It had the color I wanted 3. It was under $100. 4. It had a zipper closure. 5. Two matching pillow cases were included. So glad I got this, and I will never veer from 100% cotton again! ... show more

My wife loves to cook, however, she refuses to buy more measuring cups or spoons. Because she usually has food on her hands and doesn't want to pick up her phone, I get asked to look up measurement conversions. So, when I came across this product, I knew I had to make the purchase. Pros: - It has all relevant measurement conversions, both wet and dry. Granted, you'll need to use your noggin if the quantity you are converting is greater than or less than what's on the chart, but for most, that's a simple task. - It has a temperature conversion for those rare occasions where you're only temperature gauge is celsius. - It's a magnet. This feature was the winning ticket for me. We slap this thing on the front of the fridge and don't have to worry about losing or misplacing it. Cons: (none that I can think of. Should something negative arise down the road... actually, I don't see anything arising down the road.) All in all, we love this little conversion chart magnet. We purchased this cover for a medium fill down duvet. It's very comfortable, and remarkably easy to put on the duvet. It's like putting a really big flat pillow into a giant pillow case, which took 2 of us about 5 minutes to complete. I will revisit this review after we launder it a few more times. It's a nice looking comforter but it is not a thick fabric. I was hoping for a more satin finish but it is all cotton. I did wash before using.. 1 bc it had a little bit of a funny smell and 2 bc I dont know where it came from. The color didn't fade ( I bought the black one) and it didn't shrink, even thought it feels like cotton. Dont get me wrong it is very soft... it just wasn't the satin finish I expected. It would make a great summer comforter, if it was another color but for winter it is a bit thin. I am not sorry I purchased it. ... show more

    • They did a good job formatting and making this easy to read from a distance by separating everything nicely and orderly.
I normally don't give anything 5 stars because normally I can't say that I love anything for the best I usually give this 4 stars representing that I actually like something but being a relatively new cook in training learning how to bake as my new hobby I needed something that I can reference showing me what grams are in relationship to other measurements because using the bread baker machine it is more important to weigh things by grams rather than using a measuring cup to get better results but I did not want something that caused my eyes to cross well-trained to read too much defusing information mixed together so this chart does a good job separating everything making it easy to simply glance at it to see what it is I am looking for without having to study it and it is thick enough to feel like it will last a while and it looks good on the side of my refrigerator next to my magnetic kitchen timer. ... show more

Here's the thing: I am European and we use the metric system. 1,10,100, 1,000, etc. Then I came to the States and suddenly had to deal with spoons, cups, pints, quarts, weird measurements from inch to mile, bushel (huh?), and what exactly is an acre, a cord, and all this other weird stuff? Seriously, how do you people function??? This chart is a lifesaver for me. While parts of it can be found in certain cook books, finding the right one when I need the conversion is never easy. That is where this magnetized chart shines. Everything is in one place, easy to find, and the chart is laminated and wipes clean if you spill something on it. What a great purchase! I love this chart. I can't tell you how many times I have been in the middle of a recipe, only to discover that all of my measuring cups are dirty. Instead of stopping to do some dishes, I can now look on my chart to see how many tablespoons to use instead.
