My 14-year-old son picked these headphones out to use while he is playing his PS5. He LOVES them. They are very comfortable, even after wearing for a while they are comfortable. He said the noise cancellation is good and he said his friends say he sounds clear and there is no background noise on his part. When we first got them, due to USER error (yes me lol) we could not get them to work right to use the wireless feature, but it was MY fault (Hey, I am Gen X, I am still not tech savvy with everything LOL) and when I reached out to customer service, they were great and it was like 10pm EST and I got a reply within minute, and problem solved. The price is good, I did purchase them during Prime days, so I got them for a sale price, but I was going to purchase them before Prime Day, but I thought 'let me see if they go on sale during the Prime Day Event' and they did :-) Enough rambling from me, don't take my word for it, purchase them and see for your own. Bought these for my husband so he can game with... The sound quality is really good... Has good base... Very clear when talking with other gamers... SUPER Comfortable and soft... Holds A long charge... DOES NOT hurt or become irritating when wearing for long periods of time... Does not make your ears sweat when wearing them... They look really nice and the price is great and affordable... Definitely recommended these for gaming... ... show more

They do at times disxonnect But immediately reconnect (usually if you’re simply out of range but not always) the sound goes mute on the sound wheel about half way it only gets louder from about half of the loudest option. It’s plenty loud in and of itself but if you’re an ear whore or hard of hearing I wouldn’t recommend. I like them for the price and the fact that they are wireless. The 3D surround sound quality is great tbh and I would reccomens them to a friend at 25 bucks but not full price. ... show more

I haven't had any problems with this headset, & I've been using it almost daily for work since I bought it a couple months ago. I only use it hardwired, so I can't speak to the wireless capability. The thing I like most about this headset is that the turn dial on the headset affects only the headset itself & not the computer volume. This is important for me when I'm screensharing video/audio during a video chat because sometimes the person on the other end of the call will say the sound is too quiet. With this headset, I'm able to use the turn dial to make the audio quieter for me without making it too quiet for the other person on the chat. I bought this headset because it folds flat, but now I'm sold on that turn dial feature. Now if they could just make the mic recess for better travel, it'd be perfect! One of the ear muff pieces popped off when I dropped the headset once, but nothing was actually broken & it popped right back on, no damage done. ... show more

I was a little worried when I first tried to connect them to my PS5. They would not connect. I tried like three times. Was about to box them back up and return them. Look at the instructions from the item on Amazon. It said it would connect to the Dongle that comes with it. Like a wireless computer keyboard. It doesn't connect directly to your computer but to the piece you insert into your computer. But it will connect directly to your phone via normal blue tooth connection. Yes I tried that with my phone and it connected right away no problem. I wore them for about 4 hours after I charged them up. Nice and comfortable no issues there. I would recommend these if someone is looking for a pair/set of gaming headsets. ... show more

I Love It, If It Was Just For Listening to Music Leisurely. My Biggest Issue is I bought it To Use Primarily As a Headset for Streaming & Gaming From My PS4. The fact it has a Dongle , It's the color I wanted , reviews seemed good, attracted me. Now don't get me wrong it's not a Bad Headset But For Gaming Online WIRELESSLY ... It's not the best . While Playing Online Games My Team members Are telling me I Can't Get a Full Sentence Out without Breaking Up. I Realized that was quickly fixed by urging the Headset in. But Mind you my Primary Goal was using this wirelessly. There's a Little Interference wireless. Plugging the wire into a controller it's really noticeable while Gaming/ Streaming. Other than That The Noise Canceling Effect is Pretty Good, Music, Game Sound , Sound Effects, "Ad Libs " etc etc Come Out Amazingly Clear w This Headset. So I'm A Lil Torn Here. For the price point it's not a total loss I'm just wondering and I the only one with these Issues ? ... show more
