Pickleball is a paddle sport similar to tennis in which two or four players use paddles to hit a perforated, hollow plastic ball over a net until one side is unable to return the ball or commits an infringement. It can be played both inside and outside. This set includes four paddles, four balls, and a nice carrying bag. The net is not included and must be purchased separately. This game has grown in popularity in recent decades and is an excellent way to burn calories, have fun, and get the blood circulating and the heart beating. The paddles are four distinct colors, so you can tell who holds whose paddle when you set them down to take a break. The equipment is well-made, durable, and simple to use and grasp, with handles that are comfortable in the hand and will not slip out. These paddles appear well made and sturdy, but they are a bit heavier than the other paddles I have. I guess it depends on your preference if you like a heavier paddle. I don't. The mesh bag is OK, but I don't expect it to hold up for long. These will be great for the grandkids to use, so I am happy with the purchase.
