This is a lot of fun to explore and doesn't take up too much space, so it's a nice little staple piece that my nephews enjoy meandering or running to when they come to visit. It is a nice time to just sit and play around (for me) and with other people as well. A lot of cool features, and I saw another reviewer mention 5 boxes, mine came in a single large box which thankfully was relatively moveable/portable. And speaking of which, you can add batteries and jam out on your bed if you want without needing to plug it in. I think this is a good value for the quality , options and fun. Make sure you find yourself a little chair/ stool/ bench as it does not include one. But it's not too tall for children to stand at as well.

Beginner and student stuff is very difficult sometimes. You don’t want to invest a lot of money in the equipment, but you don’t want to get something so cheap that it is discouraging to a person just setting out to learn this keyboard, strikes an excellent balance between quality and price. It’s better than your every day cheapo little toy keyboard for sure. The build quality was very impressive for the price and the sounds and functions are suitable for somebody just starting out and learning a very good piano player can step up to this thing and make it sound phenomenal by the way, but it’s still affordable and doesn’t break the bank if you are trying to explore a new hobby. So I think in this case they did a very good job of balancing those two sides of the equation that electronically keyboard feels fine and sounds are sufficient. You have outputs that you can plug it up to an amplifier and it will sound much better. 61 keys you have a pretty good range not quite a full piano, but it’s not one of those 30 key little toys either so they did a good job here.

…. That to be quite frank, I did not purchase for a child. This keyboard is so nice and made it so well, that it can easily be used for an adult, or anyone needing a piano board in confined or tighter, quarters where a full-size piano would not easily fit or be convenient. that is the circumstance with my mother and therefore something like this would suit her perfectly. And she was more excited about it than I was when I told her about it. She is a professional pianist, a music major at BYU in her day, played and taught classes for decades. She knows her pianos, and the good from the bad. And the fact that she is excited about using this and can see its value and its usefulness in her life, as an adult, says a lot. And it goes to show that it is not necessarily meant for children. And the price is a really good price for what you’re getting with the stand and the microphone and everything.

Behold, the 61-Key Digital Keyboard Piano Set - where living room chaos meets musical magic! This fantastic ensemble has transformed my child from a fidgety fidget spinner into a mini-Beethoven (well, almost). The journey began with assembling the stand, which turned out to be more of a bonding experience than a DIY nightmare. With a few questionable screws left over (extra parts, right?), the stand now stands...sturdy-ish. Plugged in and powered up, we were greeted by an array of sounds that I’m convinced included a foghorn and possibly a spaceship landing. The headphones are a blessing; silence has never sounded so sweet. The microphone, though, is a whole new adventure. Ever heard a cat sing? You will if you visit me. Since its arrival, our home has hosted countless concerts. Every guest is treated to a unique rendition of "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" with improvised lyrics about dinosaurs, candy, and occasionally, homework avoidance. The music sheet holder? Perfect for displaying my child's latest crayon masterpiece instead of actual music sheets.

I got this for my granddaughter who is just beginning to learn to play, and she loves it. It is the perfect beginner keyboard. I found it fairly simple to assemble with the straightforward and easy to follow instructions. Once together it is sturdy and being not full size it was easy to find space for it. It comes with several accessories that are really nice additions, like the headphones for days I just can't listen. The micro phone works very well and adds a lot of fun to the keyboard. So far everything works flawlessly. The sound is really good and with the many different settings and sounds preloaded my granddaughter is able to make beautiful "music" for hours. She is getting better between her lessons and using this keyboard to practice. If you've got a budding musician, you won't be disappointed with this keyboard as a good starter, and it's a great value.

Was shipped in a timely manner. It came in five boxes, although the keyboard is one piece and the stand is one thing. Why five boxes? It it ok for what we need but we will definitely upgrade as my children progress in their music program.
