It’s literally awesome- awesome. This formula is lightweight and dries to a nice soft, outer layer that’s almost indistinguishable from my own skin tone (note- I’m fair but I got one of the lighter tan ones. This color worked well for me) in seconds. It doesn’t cause my eyeliner to start smearing like many other foundations I have tried do, creating an uneven, sloppy look throughout the day like the others. It makes my skin feel like a soft peach and adds a natural glow to my features. I love the fact that it uses natural ingredients. A total win. I can’t imagine why it got some low reviews. I was very underwhelmed by this tinted BB cream. I tried rubbing it into my skin with my fingers, blending it with a makeup sponge, and applying it with a foundation brush. No matter what technique I used the BB cream didn't blend. It would just sit on my skin in splotches, and streaks. The whole purpose of a tinted BB cream is for it to look light, and natural. I usually use a higher end spf foundation serum, however this is a nice inexpensive option, and good for travel too. It’s in a small flat plastic bottle that’s space saving. For this product to apply nicely your face must be freshly moisturized. To apply this I recommend using a moistened squeezed out beauty blender sponge to tap this on gently and evenly. Applying this way puts a thin layer on that evens out skin tone and soften your look. This product does not seem to apply well with a brush or by rubbing on with fingertips. I tried both methods and it turned out patchy and streaky. The negative reviews that mention poor coverage, patches, or product transferring are likely putting way too much on, using a brush, or their fingertips to apply it. This product is meant to give a soft even look to your skin tone and blur pores. It works beautifully when you put contour, blush and highlighter over it with a tapping motion. I have slight rosacea and a fair skin tone, and it’s actually worked well on my skin to even out redness. The color I used was the “fair to light” shade which is perfect for a fair-skin tone. OK - Physicians Formula...Why did you switch to a squeeze bottle, instead of the easy to squeeze tube you had before? You have to grab the thing and try to squeeze something out. Seems a bit thinner in consistency than before.
