Works well until you go to take it off. Seemed to turn my trusty relgular mascara to a waterproof consistency. Ever since I got this new primer and began using it with the same mascara that always removes well, I’ve had the problems. Works great as a primer but I cannot get the product fully off for days even using a great remover. ... show more
