It’s a great way to workout when you don’t have a routine. I bought these for my son who is 7 but loves to workout. He loves them. They are made from foam. With that being said, don’t let your dog around them. We have to order another set.

The media could not be loaded. Of all the things that should be shipped in an actual Amazon box, this was one. Instead, it came in a manila pack & you can see the item’s box is torn & bent. One of the die is damaged as you’ll see in the beginning of the video.
