We have had 4 of the chairs for a short time and have been very impressed with the quality, comfort and style of them. Chairs are a perfect size. We did have to contact the company, PHI VILLA, because a cushioning grommet on the bottom of a chair was broken upon arrival. We are happy to say they responded to us promptly and they sent us a packet of grommets which solved the problem. We will have the extras if needed. Very impressed with their customer service. Kudos to them!

These are high quality chairs and they are quite comfortable! I highly recommend them if you are looking for an affordable option with fits-in-anywhere style. We ordered a set of six, and unfortunately, two of the six right arm pieces had manufacturing flaws that made them impossible to use. One had a dent, and the other had a screw hole that wasn't drilled all the way through. Regardless, I contacted them through Amazon, and replacement pieces arrived in one week. I wish I could give 4.5 stars, because that's how I feel. It wasn't a perfect experience, but I like these chairs, and I was really impressed with the prompt customer service and clear communication about the defects.

I bought this product as it appeared to be a good fit with my patio table. Delivery is superfast. Looks some reviews said that the installation instruction was a bit off. But I did not have any trouble. Just make sure the arms were in the right direction, carefully align the holes and screws (two persons may work out quicker since once can hold the arms and the other take care of the screws). Don't tighten screws completely until they were all in at least on one side. It was really easy to install, taking just about thirty minutes. The chairs were lightweight and easy to carry around. It felt comfortable sitting and rocking on them with some nice swivel and fun in the sun. Looked cool on the deck. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and quality at this price. Now I just want to shout out loud for Spring to come!

I was super impressed with these chairs. They were packed well, reinforcement on the corners and well padded within. But the MOST impressive thing to me was, they included extra hardware for every different piece it took to put them together, thus eliminating the most frustrating moment when you realize they shorted you a part. Chairs went together easily and are sturdy and met or exceeded all my expectations.

I bought these outdoor chairs a while back and I must say, the quality is great. It can hold my weight without any issues, and it has held up well after several uses in my backyard. The assembly process was quick and effortless, which is very convenient. After seeing how durable they are, I recently bought two more chairs to complete the set with the table under the hallway.

So I gave these a five star review because for the money they are a very good value, when assembling some advice, don’t tighten the seat base and seat back until all the screws are in place and don’t use the long end of the Allen wrench with the small ball shape, even though it can help to quickly screw in the screws I found it damages the Allen screw then the Allen wrench will not fit in the screw, thankfully they give spare screws, the chairs are firm to sit on, a small lower back pillow helps with the comfort

Arrived sooner than expected, which was great. Packaging was slightly damaged, but mostly minor stuff. Arm rest had some damage (not from packaging but likely poor construction - see photo) Extra screws and washers were included, which was appreciated. Assembly was extremely unpleasant. Instructions were four pictures. They were not well labeled. In the first picture you need to realize that the zoomed in illustration that shows the order of washers and nut on the screws is actually flipped upside down! There is no detailed image to show how to attach the seat and back to the armrest. There are also no words, and the most important part is to realize the screws cannot be tightened until everything is attached and aligned or you will never be able to finish assembly. My first chair took two people 2.5 hours to assemble, some damage from a stripped screw in trying to assemble and then disassemble to make everything fit. The second chair took one person 45 minutes to assemble. The screws need a socket wrench and Allen wrench, for which the junky assembly versions are provided, and are very annoying to use. As for the finished chair, I’ve built two thus far. They’re both very firm to sit on, almost like a wooden park bench. I expected a little more give to the seat. It’s not “uncomfortable”, but it’s not exactly comfortable either. The rocking function is like 10-15 degrees at most, much less than other similar chairs I’ve sat on. I would not consider this a “rocker.” The spinning aspect of the chairs is fine. The seats are about an inch lower down than I expected. It does feel a little low when I sit down. And of the two chairs I assembled already, the second one has a very slight slant to the seat in which the left side is very slightly higher than the right. It’s a tilt that I can feel, but it is slight. Overall, the chairs are cheap enough to not make me go through the hassle of disassembling and returning them (assuming the rest are not worse). But I wouldn’t buy them again.
