The media could not be loaded. My new chairs are attractive, comfortable and absolutely lovely to sit on. They are made with heavy grade metal and are easy to assemble. The parts were packed neatly in the box and I didn't find any scratches or issues with the parts. The instructions were very clear and very straight-forward with all parts and tools included. All parts lined up as expected and assembly time was around 40 minutes per chair on average. These chairs are lightweight and durable so moving them is no hassle. The fabric dries fast so if they get wet it is ok. Their neutral tone color is easy to maintain and matches most types of decor. I bought this product as it appeared to be a good fit with my patio table. Delivery is superfast. Looks some reviews said that the installation instruction was a bit off. But I did not have any trouble. Just make sure the arms were in the right direction, carefully align the holes and screws (two persons may work out quicker since once can hold the arms and the other take care of the screws). Don't tighten screws completely until they were all in at least on one side. It was really easy to install, taking just about thirty minutes. The chairs were lightweight and easy to carry around. It felt comfortable sitting and rocking on them with some nice swivel and fun in the sun. Looked cool on the deck. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and quality at this price. Now I just want to shout out loud for Spring to come! ... show more

    • Not gray - but REALLY sturdy and comfortable

We ordered gray. Reviews said easy to assemble, and that had just a little bit of brown in the grey. We found them to be just average or worse than average to assemble. With two of us working together it took 2.5 hours to do 4 chairs. Not horrible, but not what I call easy either. They are really; nice and sturdy and comfortable though. The issue is that they are brown, with only just the smallest amount of grey that shows up in certain light. Not a tinge of brown - not a blend of brown and grey, just light brown. We decided to keep them, because it didn't matter as much to us - but be wary of the color. I really like the chairs they're comfortable seems sturdy. We just put them together just an easier way to put it together is after you finish the seat put it in the stand then finish the rest of the chair with the seat in the stand. They're very sturdy and I like the color and they're comfortable.

UPDATE: Since I did not want to return or replace, the Seller reached out and offered a solution that was very satisfactory to me. EXCELLENT customer service. I did not, and am not going to return this order, I was very disappointed. The base part that goes under the seat was bent and I had to get my grandson to help me "bend it back in place" in order to use the part and assemble the chair. There were several washers missing. Two tabs on the bottom of one of the chairs broke off as I was taking it out of the box. The chairs look nice, and hopefully they will hold up, but I am very disappointed at the product packaging and the difficulty in assembling due to missing and damaged parts. ... show more

    • Nice Chairs for the Money - Assembly Instructions not good - Read Tip
Size: Set of 6 Color: Brown Frame, Brown Fabric
I ordered 6 chairs. They came in 3 50lbs boxes with 2 chairs in each. The boxes are big and obviously fairly heavy, but more so awkward to grab. I brought one into my assembly area by myself and had my son help me with the other 2. Much easier. I don't have a great workspace in my garage, but have learned for assemblies like this that will take time - esp when you have 6 of them and I read at best 20 mins a chair, I setup a large outdoor temp table by my patio doors that have the most light, and got a chair. I used to foolishly assemble things off the floor and be kneeling for hours. So much easier with tables and being able to sit for part of it and seeing angles at eye level. I took a bit of time to put all the screws/bolts/washers in 3 small bowls so they didn't get lost. Took a bit of time but I think saved a lot more sifting through the bag of un labeled hardware. The main pieces of the chair are labeled. Ok, here is one reason I give it 4 vs 5 stars. The instructions are terrible. It's just a 4 pictures with no written instructions. If you youtbue search the name it finds a 1m video that is a bit more helpful. Tip: the video shows both arms being attached to the chair first, then slipping the back between the arms and assembling the back. Don't do that imo. The back is not wide enough to fit between the arms, and I had to force it through, pull it back hard to lock into position. This makes lining up the holes very difficult as there is no gap to see or maneuver. I was able to get the first 2 done this way but took a frustrating 30 mins on the second to last step. For the last 4 I decided to try something different and assemble each side separately. IE, attach the arms to the right side chair and back, then the left side. You then don't need to slide the back through the arms and it makes it a lot easier to line up the holes and pop in the allen key bolts. The second reason its 4 for now, is they seem a little wobbly to me once in the stand. They do rock which is nice, but there is no pin to keep it firmer if you are eating. They also rock a bit side to side, which for someone older, or if you been having a few, might be a problem. They do look nice and for the price I think it is a good value. Once I've used them more, I'll update this review. ... show more
