The hose leaks when you run the main water. We have multiple replacement parts and finally was sent a new unit. The new unit doesn’t leak but now the water isn’t hot With the previous unit we had hot water it it leaked. We have been trying to resolve this for over one year. Buy any other brand and avoid this mess ... show more

The packaging was terrible. At first it was delivered to a wrong address by usps. Fortunately it was brought back by the owner who got the wrong delivered package. When I got the package, the box was broken at one end. The faucet was damaged. Therefore, I returned it immediately. The faucet looks pretty good and sturdy. So I will give it a try again to reorder it. Hopefully this time the packaging of the product will be much better. ... show more
