I love the platforms and dual entries to the houses. The baskets are quite small and they aren’t very sturdy. I previously purchased a stand with bigger baskets and they are quite sturdy. I was disappointed at how flimsy these baskets are. They shift with minimal weight applied to them and tilt down as soon as a cat steps on them. My larger 13 lb cat really can’t fit in the baskets. My kitten loves how small the spaces are between the houses and platforms, but I fear it will be too tight for her once she is fully grown.

When it came it was a box inside a box and the inside box was FLITHY! Looked as if someone had returned it! Nothing was labeled directions were ripped and some pieces were dented! Definitely not worth the money. I still put it together because my cats needed something but I will never buy furniture from amazon again! The screws were also VERY DIRTY and there was a strap with a screw hanging from it attached to one of the pedestals like it had been screwed into a wall and then ripped out!

The media could not be loaded. The Petour cat condo definitely gets two sets of furry thumbs-up from our Boys! You can see in the first few photos I was getting help and quality-control checks from one of our cats during the construction process ;-) This is quite a big piece of furniture that your cat family will adore, with a total of FIVE shelves, THREE hammocks and TWO enclosures (one with its own ‘viewing balcony’)! The top shelf sits at 67” tall - perfect for your cat to climb up and use as an observation post - and everything is supported by sturdy columns that all have sisal string wrapped around for your cats to use their nails on. All parts are also coated in a soft ‘fur-like’ fabric that cats will love - ours certainly did, after thoroughly checking everything out and climbing up & down several times (pausing only to bat at the jingle-balls suspended from the top shelf) both of our cats picked out their preferred enclosures and slept inside them for several hours - they were in cat heaven! The condo was easy to put together, all of the tools and fasteners (including some spares - a nice touch) were included and it took about 35 minutes to build it. The Petour Cat Tree is well thought out and sturdily-made; I also really liked the addition of an anchor strap on the second-tallest shelf to physically secure the condo to a wall using the supplied rawl-plug & drywall screw to prevent an accidental tip-over if there is an over-enthusiastic cat ‘launch’ on the way down! This is now their new favorite place to hang out, and it is sufficiently large to allow them to both occupy the condo without crowding one another out…definitely enough space for two cats (or more!). We and our Boys love it, 5 stars!

I like the idea of it. Like another said, I’ve had other cat trees and they were much better quality…but I guess you get what you pay for. The baskets are useless. They bend as soon as my cat gets in it. Unless your cat is a kitten or feather light, it just makes it look cool. The super thin fabric my cats are going to rip to shreds because it’s easier to sharpen their claws on than the tiny scratching posts for kittens. But it looks cool and my cats love it for the months we’ll have it. Took me forever to put together. Gave up on the directions and used common sense. Hope this helps.

I like that the surface is soft instead of rough carpet material. It gets up pretty high, which is good for our kitty, and the size overall is good. Our cat who uses it likes the cushioned edges of the cat perches and will rest his head on them. It wasn't too hard to assemble, but I think it could use more specific instructions mailed in the box. But you can pull them up online. Biggest downside is that it's not super "fall proof" when standing independently, but it does have a piece of fabric you can screw into the wall for extra stability.

So I liked all the features so I bought it. Was missing a few key pieces so I got a refund. I put together what I could. The pieces are very thin. Not very sturdy. It has a wall anchor! I’ve never had a cat tree this flimsy. I definitely anchored it. I would be scared it would tip over and land on a cat! Also the sisal used is very tiny. Not thick as needed. This cat tree is sturdy and didn't take me that long to put together. It took maybe 45 minutes, but I had "help" from impatient kittens. There are two reasons why this did not receive a full 5 stars. The baskets bow down, even when they don't have a cat inside. The cats still like to sit in them and I don't think they're in danger of breaking, it's just slightly annoying. The other reason is that there were two different sets of instructions: one on the shipping box and one on the paper insert. Both sets could have used more clarity and maybe some wording alongside the pictures. Overall, though, this isn't bad. The carpeting is soft and both of my kittens like it.
