I have two adult cats that weigh 8 and 13 pounds. I spent weeks searching for a smaller tree that would line up with the window, could actually hold both of them, had more than one sleep and scratch spot, and wasn't a total eye sore. I wasn't sure if my 13 pound cat would be secure on the top but she lays there for a good part of each day! In the two months we've had it, it has fallen over once, when my heavier cat darted off of it. My smaller cat lays in the hammock most often and it keeps her secure, but she'll also jump like a maniac from the hammock to the bed to attack the ball and the tree stays stable. Both cats use the scratch surfaces constantly and they're holding up well. When they eventually ruin the sisal rope I'll buy new rope and redo it. Assembly was super simple and directions were easy to follow. I included photos of my larger cat at different angles for anyone who may have a similar size cat and is on the fence. 10 out of 10 recommend, and you can't beat the price! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Nice quality, sturdy, easy to build but it’s a little small for my cat. I wished the tunnel on the bottom was a little wider to fit adult cats. She can sit inside but her whole body doesn't fit as her head and paws are always resting outside of the doorway.

Our two cats both have taken well to this cat tree house. The kitten has the most fun playing on this while our 7 year old cat enjoys lounging on the top. If your cat is over 10 lbs. this may be too small. For under $30 this was a fantastic bargain for a sturdy and multi-level little cat hangout!

So the size is perfect for my 8 pound cat but I do wish it was more sturdy or weighed more because she might be only 8 pounds but when she jumps on it or off sometimes it rocks and worries me it will fall on her but love the color and the softness of it and it fits perfect in a lot of places

IMO the top basket looks a little bigger in the picture than IRL but he is also kind of a big boy....However, he seems to be happy as a clam. And you can't see his sister in this pic but she is now just as happy in the little house on the ground floor.🥰 We are very pleased with this purchase!
