This plate carrier is well made, but is lacking in adjustability. I can see where it should adjust, but the loops that you have to pull the cable and Velcro tabs through are too small. I have even tried with a pair of pliers to squeeze them through with no luck. I am a smaller person so my head just fits through so I wear it but I take it on/off slowly.
