I think it would work great for a dog or cat with longer coat. Our dog has short fine hair so it didn't work for his.

We have a lot of dog & cat hair around the house. We have 3 large dogs & a long haired cat and do they all shed very badly. This works really nice removing all the hair from our clothes to furniture & bedding. This is a very good product for the money.

I have a German Shepherd who goes with me everywhere and turns my car into a ‘hair snow globe’. The problem with dog hair is it has a static charge that makes it difficult to remove by just vacuuming. This tool does a great job of getting the hair to release on flat surfaces. It doesn’t work as well on getting hair out of corners or crevices.

It’s easy to use on all fabric surfaces without damaging the fabric. My dog is a shredder. I’ve tried many products and this so far has been the best.

Removing hair: I've had and still have a few of these typed of hair removal tools. This one is definitely different than what im used to and thought it would do a amazing job especially because of the price. However thought was all it turned out to be for me. It really didn't remove the hair like I thought it would and in fact in my car I tried all the different sides for different areas and it did an OK job but nothing that I would brag about Durable: the handle I kind if understood but feel 8tbwirked beer for me not using it. It just felt really awkward and uncomfortable in my hand because I felt I couldn't get a good grip on it because I have small hands . Overall: for me...this tool is overly priced and didn't do even a little bit of what I was expecting and am actually bummed out about it because when you have malamutes or just a breed that sheds minimum 2 times a year anythjfn that helps with minimizing hair I get excited and happy about. It's only worth 3 stars.

The lint remover does a good job on dog hair. You can attach the handle but as soon as you try and use it the handle comes out. I guess you have to be very gentle using the handle which isn't good....
