I placed these around my outdoor storage where I usually notice bugs and small pests. The scent is noticeable at first but becomes more subtle over time. I’ve seen fewer insects and no new signs of mice since using them. I plan to keep using them and replace as needed to maintain the effect.

Purchased these to prevent rats from nesting in my Canary Island palm tree. I hung 3 of them around the nest(after I knocked the nest down and rats took off). The rats came back and actually moved these moth balls to lower branches. They rebuilt their nest overnight right next to the moth balls. Also tried peppermint spray. Of course they laughed at that too. I kind of knew that wouldn't work as I had glued peppermint candies to an artificial tree once and rats ate them all. Most of these solutions DON'T WORK. They make money off of desperate people with a rat problems while not providing a viable solution. These definitely don't work. Trapping with the cage traps are the only weapon and using decon which is not an option when you have dogs. Don't waste your money.
