I've been using these pest repellent balls around the exterior of my home by hanging them under eaves, from tree branches, and near entryways. They provide outstanding protection against mosquitoes, spiders, and other nuisance pests while blending seamlessly into my outdoor decor. I hung these balls using the included ties under porch ceilings, from low tree limbs, and near outdoor light fixtures. They've been remarkably effective at reducing flying insects around gathering areas, discouraging spiders from building webs in corners, and keeping ants away from hanging flower baskets. The protection area seems to cover about 6-8 feet per ball. Despite exposure to sun and rain, these balls maintain their effectiveness for weeks.
