The good, the bad, the ugly. The good: the size of the cubbie is awesome! It's taller than the ones ony other cat tree and my biggest boy can lounge in it comfortably. The bad: there were 2 missing bolts that prevented me from completing assembly without a trip to the hardware store for the bolts. The ugly: the step leading to the top platform was broken in 2 pieces held together only by the furry covering and I didn't discover it until the tree was almost completely assembled. I didn't want to go thru the hassle of taking it apart to return it so I cut a new piece using the broken one as a guide to replace the broken one. The particle board used to make this was substandard at best as it is extremely dry and brittle. Very disappointed. ... show more

Very nicely constructed. Large platform for my cats to lounge on. The one was up.in the cubby box before we were done assembling it. They are happy with it and so are we.

1 of the legs was longer than what it should have been (about a half inch) and that caused the kitty tree to look really uneven at the top. I went to the hardware store and used washers to bring the other side up to level so it didn't look ridiculous. With the washers it looks and works great. 4 dollars extra to fix it... I have an average size adult cat and after using the platform twice to get on the top bed, the platform snapped. Not sturdy at all, I had to lean it against a support pole in my lanai to keep it supported. It’s useless for my cat without the perch to use to get to the top bed area where she likes to be. Now I have to waste my time dismantling it and tossing it in the trash, not to mention, being out the money. Look elsewhere unless you have little kittens. Might hold up for them but you’ll have to lean it against something or it may topple over. ... show more
