This back glass looks almost identical to the back of the iPhone. I replaced the back glass of my phone, it was quite difficult but that obviously had nothing to do with this kit. I ended up having to use different tools than the ones provided, the knife that was given I snapped off the tip almost immediately but eventually I got the glass off and installed the new glass. This was very easy to put on once the glass was fully removed. After replacing the glass I put my phone back into a case. Three days later I took that case off to put the new one I ordered on that was clear to show off my new fresh back glass and uh oh… the glass was broken again.. Obviously this is because I dropped the phone again but it was inside a case and only fell one time in the three days that I put it on. So i ordered a second kit. The removal process was a lot easier the second time around But i still highly suggest using a heat gun too loosen up the glues. This back glass has lasted me a couple months but again it is broken. There’s nothing wrong with the product it worked great, but let me tell you I don’t advise tackling this job unless you’re very patient and well prepared. The glass is really thick around the camera lens and super hard to get off. I finally did but I ended up damaging the front screen And killed some pixels so I had to end up replacing the front screen on a iPhone 13 pro max. The worst part about the whole thing is that screen cost me 450 bucks and I was so frustrated. I just brought it in and had somebody do it so the total cost me 550 for some reason the iPhone 13 promax the parts are more expensive than other phones , it’s probably the same way with the 14 promax when I brought it to the shop the guy had a special laser that he ran over the phone which loosened all of the Apoxsee glue and it came right off. He did the repair in about 20 minutes it really matters to have the right tools , the right desk top setting this is truly something to consider before you try to repair it for yourself ... show more

I’ve never cared to write reviews. But, this new glass was amazing! I spent the last 2 days getting the glass off at work as I found the time. (It’s a lot of work!) Today, the new glass came in the mail. I used the tools to get the last bit of glue off. Then I was able to EASILY install the new back glass! It fits flush. And has the Apple logo. That made me very happy. Take your time, do it right. And save yourself literally hundreds of dollars! Hope I don’t need to. But I would buy again in a heartbeat! I was worried about trading my phone in latter on. But there is zero chance that the Apple employees would be able to tell its not the back glass that it came with! ... show more

I noticed some bad reviews so I was hesitant to purchase until I read the bad reviews and noticed that they had nothing to do with the product itself but rather people messing up their phones before ever trying to apply the new back glass. Removing the broken glass is no easy task. It takes time and patience. (Which for me personally is not easy, but I took my time with this). Once the glass is removed it takes literal seconds to apply the new glass. Easy and simple! READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE REMOVING YOUR BROKEN GLASS. I DID NOT & ALMOST MESSED UP MY PHONE AS A RESULT. Please please BUY THIS! SAVE YOU'RE MONEY! Once I got this in the mail. It was wrapped very well. Once I got it out of the box, everything was included. The instruction says it will take about an hour or several hours. This only took me about a half an hour to an hour to fix. I couldn’t believe how easy it was. I could’ve done it all myself. What do you mean save your money. For example: I went to get my phone professionally fixed, after I got it fixed from professionals, I asked how much was it. it was $200 for the backing to be fixed. Please please buy this, this will save you so much money. I highly highly recommend it. It’s very very high-quality backing and it’s very good to with the Apple logo. Gets the job done! The lining it’s a screen protector so it doesn't crack again lol. Hardest part is removal of old glass. I didn’t use heat, and it takes lots of hours and patience. I did have to get a glass cracker for the camera area. Def worth saving almost 300 bucks!
