The santoor came with a missing string, but since there were spares. I was able to add on and all went good.

Well made instrument, good customer support from SALA music in Turkey This is not a chromatic dulcimer, nine "Kharaks" ie bridges Right side copied by left side with one octave difference Major scale of F when I received it, Amazon's description of coming with with a hard case is completely untrue, comes with a nice soft case The tuner is chincy a pipe hammered on the end. Nice sounding instrument I think the strings are only of two gages one for left, one for right side ----------- Imperfections but I am satisfied with a nice instrument ----------- From an American perpective classic Persian music sounds weird with strange tunings ----------- Shedechi is the name of a music teacher and performer in California ... show more
