I liked how it fastened to the wall using one wood stud. Also likes the mounting brackets. Once installed on the TV, it's easy to hook the TV to the frame that's been fastened to the wall. Tighten 2 set screws and you're done!

I had a Dream Mount I wanted to use to hang a TV but my studs weren’t 16” consistently. Rather than spend $35 on ugly extensions, I bought this unit for $28 and it mounts in a single stud. Good for up to 77 pounds and I only had a 40” tv to hang so it was a no brainer. The unit is solidly in the stud and the new style hangers make it easy to simply slot the tv on the mount. Couldn’t be happier and for those complaining about the lag bolts being cheap, just use the drill bit specified and ratchet the bolts on slowly and evenly. ... show more
